Description

TESFIT set is specially designed for connecting TESH heating cables to power supply. Each set allows for 2 connections. Composite configuration allows heating cable and cold lead connection in one housing, ensuring electrical reliability of the connection. TESFIT is used to connect TESH heating cables with a wide range of heating core thicknesses, since the connection is made with screw terminals. Besides, TESFIT kit allows you to interconnect various TESH cables. Connecting heating cable to cold lead cable, allows you to protect the connection point from high temperatures.
Heating cable and cold lead cable are connected via screw terminals. They are structurally integrated into the high-temperature polymer housing(1). The inner surface of the TESFIT case consists of two shells made of high temperature polymer (2). This insulates the TESFIT junction box from any potential electrical potential to which the TESFIT surfaces may be exposed. .

Cable glands secured with a combination of metal washers and polymer washers (3), which clamp the cable around, sealing it at the moment when the two parts of the outer casing (4) neatly screwed together.
